Operational Inspection
The monitoring activities carried out by the Water Sector Regulatory Council (WSRC) are based on Clause 7 of Article 24, Chapter Four of the Water Law by Decree No. (14) of 2014. This clause explicitly states that one of the Council's responsibilities is “to monitor the operational processes related to the production, transmission, and distribution of water, as well as the operational processes of wastewater management.” Accordingly, the Council is granted clear legal authority under this law to follow up on and monitor the operational activities of water and wastewater service providers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of these services in line with the legal and regulatory fram....
